Prijzen zijn vaak beter dan in de bouwmarkt. Online reserveren en 10 minuten later ophalen is ook ideaal.

Soms is er iets niet op voorraad in de winkel als het online als voorradig staat maar dat is zelden.

Personeel is vriendelijk en denkt graag mee.

I have a company and i been in Nederland for last 3 years and unfortunately i dont speak Dutch very well but i always do my best.
And Toolstation has been one of the best store for me because of pictures and numbers that help me order what ever i need with out knowing what is the name of the material.

For last 3 years its always one of my first option to go to them

For 3 times im going there in Lelystad and there is only one women that she was very rude to me, keep speaking questions in duch to me and im telling her i dont understand what you are asking me !! and she was raising her voice over and over, keep asking me the same questions in Duch and she seems Pretty tired with me - that im a problem .
And after that she started talking English, very good English. She made me feel very uncomfortable for the third time that I'm not feeling welcomed in the store

And i just wanna say all others staff they are absolutely friendly and very helpful.
From now own i will try to change my destination
Its a shame 😞
