Jana is an angel! She has been so important to me and re-shaping my mindset, my outlook and giving me confidence and teaching me to bring inner peace in so many different facets of life. Jana has helped me in so many various ways and taught me and made me realize so many things about myself and I am so grateful for this. Jana has been my life and wellness coach since 2019 when I really needed support and guidance. Jana has literally transformed my life, equipping me with the tools and positive language which were lacking within myself. Jana's gentle and kind approach is precisely what I need. She is a shoulder to cry on and a friend to laugh with. Jana knows how to listen and support with great kindness, compassion and love, in a non judgemental way. I’d been attending Jana’s ‘loving life’ meditation classes for quite a while when I decided the time had come to begin the life-coaching journey with her. I’ll always be grateful to have met Jana and feel I have gained so much from the experience. Jana provided the safe space I needed to reconnect honestly with my strongest values, and introduced me to the amazing power of positivity. I loved the fact that Jana’s guidance, based on the themes that came from meditating and talking openly, was recorded so that I could return to listen as often as I wanted after the sessions. I found myself drawing even more meaning and strength from the recordings after repeated listening. Jana is a wonderful and magical person to know, and I’m really looking forward to booking some more sessions with her, to deepen my journey even further.
