This is one of my favorite spots I have stayed in. The room layout was spacious and well thought out--loads of drawers, cabinets and countertops, plus a roll-around desk. Everything was clean and in great condition. The window treatment is the best I have seen. No need to borrow some trouser hangars to keep the curtains shut--the blinds were literally sealed at the edges.

The beds are a bit soft for me--but I like a very firm bed. FYI--you must request a cooktop if you want one.

I am absolutely blown away at the quality of this hotel. I have been camping for over 3 weeks and I needed to stay in a hotel for a couple days. I didn't want to stay in a roach motel but I don't have enough money to stay at a fancy Asheville boutique hotel so I looked at Priceline and some other apps and even though this was a little bit more than what I wanted to spend I booked it through a different app and I was so pleasantly surprised when I walked in. It is absolutely spotless The cleaning staff should get a raise. The rooms are very well designed with everything you could possibly need. I have a beautiful view of the mountains my TV welcomed me with my name on it. There's a nice coffee bar in the room and then of course you get free breakfast in the morning. It's exactly where I needed to be located. I came in dirty and grimy looking from camping and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. I was embarrassed to walk up to the desk but they made me feel right at home and I was so appreciative of that. I'm definitely going to make this one of my go-to hotels from now on because of this experience. I'm going to be camping all the way across the United States and every few weeks I'm going to need a couple hotel days and I definitely will be checking out Home2 Suite before before I check any other hotels. I wish I could tell you how the breakfast was but it's 7:27 and I'm still lounging in the comfortable bed ..I binge-watched Tubi movies on the huge TV, in my room, until later than I'm going to admit.... so I plan on being lazy because I'm so comfortable.

The bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve been in outside of my own bed. The room was perfect, well designed, very clean, and it smelled good. The bathroom was very clean, no mold or weird stains; however, the water pressure in the shower was HORRIBLE. The bed made up for that, though. I will definitely be back. It’s definitely kid-friendly as there were kids everywhere, living their best life.

Pros: large, modern rooms with abundant storage (3 cabinets, 6 drawers, 3 large cubby shelves, closet), 3 night stands (each with outlets and charging ports), spacious desk, and kitchenette. Free laundry facilities. All of these features made the room comfortable and convenient for my family of five.

Cons: dogs barking late at night and early in the morning. Housekeeping services only offered every other day. Unprofessional staff (no eye contact/welcome, eating at desk, scrolling phones, indifferent attitude).

My family always enjoys our stays at Home2Suites! We have visited locations from coast to coast, and this location was no different! They accommodate our pets at a reasonable price and the rooms are large enough for our big family!

Clean and comfortable. I would give 5 stars however the room wasn’t touched during our trip. No clean towels nor trash being emptied. We even put it all in a big trash bag. Don’t have a sign in the room that says daily room cleaning when that doesn’t happen

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Room was clean and in very good shape, well stocked kitchen, and the breakfast was top notch. Will definitely be back.

I liked the hotel, but the sliding doors to get into the bathroom were hard to open and close.
