Great experience working with Sophia and Naiyely, Sophia on the sales side helped me select my scent, she sent me as many samples as I needed to make the decision, once the decision was made the scent arrived within a day or two. I’ve been a customer several years now and while the products are a bit pricey, they are indeed unique and the customer service is exceptional! My sales associate Meghan has been very responsive to resolve a few problems/concerns with my orders over the years. Most recently my order went to an old address and she quickly got a new order shipped out to me at my new address. This kind of service is rare these days.
