The associate Aaron didn’t wrap my plethora of wall flowers without me asking. The staff seemed to be very busy doing tasks but not speaking or offering assistance. This is the location I frequent often however the energy appears to have changed. Definitely exploring other options.

The staff was nice and very helpful with what I was looking for . They have a nice selection of candles, hand creams and soaps . Definitely will be back at this location to shop more

It was super busy, but there were plenty of associates to help. I got this three wick candle on sale for $14 and did the five hand soaps for $23 deal as well. I was disappointed they didn't have any of their previous fall scents in their candles. Their vanilla pumpkin candle is the best candle I've smelled in my life, and it filled my entire house with it's awesomeness! I'm hoping this scent will come close to being as good!

Visited on Black Friday. Well organized, thoughtful display, plenty of product. Though extremely busy, staff worked efficiently to ensure wait time in line was minimal, all were courteous, helpful and ensured each customer had a pleasant experience. Be prepared to walk as parking is a challenge. While there is minimal street parking immediately in front of store, spaces fill quickly. There are larger parking lots with ample parking a block away. Shopping area was quaint, nice curb appeal, felt safe.

The employees were friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. I was in a bit of a hurry when I ran in looking for last year's smell that apparently they discontinued. Two people helped me look for other soaps with bergamot but when I didn't like either, the one gentleman suggested coming back to the spring sale coming up soon where they bring back some closeout scents!
