We stayed here 9/28/24 and it was a good experience. My main requirement is always cleanliness. I was pleasantly surprised with the room. Bathroom was very clean, bed and rest of the room was clean and well kept. AC was top notch, kept the room very cool. Our only main issue was the very strong air freshener type smell. It hit us immediately when entering the side downstairs door causing me to have a pretty strong coughing fit and it was also inside our room on the lower level. It was very strong. Luckily, we had packed a candle which helped lower the aroma a lot. We weren't in our room other than to sleep. If we had, the smell would have been an issue. However, other than that, the room was very clean, quiet, property was fine and we grabbed a few quick items from the continental breakfast which was well-stocked.

The staff were particularly attentive to my needs solving a couple of problems I had quickly and cheerfully. I couldn't have asked for better help. On the down side, I would prefer to do away with the "platform" beds that are all the rage in motels these days. I would rather not sleep in a bed requiring a step ladder to get into it, but I suppose I'll have to make due with current fashion. All in all I was most pleased with my stay.

We stayed 2 nights as it was our only option at the time. The first night when we checked in and entered the room it was obvious right away the room was not properly cleaned. The coffee machine has all kinds of dust, grit and mold in it. We found a dead roach in the fridge and the floor had dirt and grime all over it. My wife and I took it upon ourselves to clean the room and we used bleach wipes to wash the floor. After 3 passes of the wiping the floor the towels were filthy black and I’m guess it has been a long long time since anyone has mopped or even swept that floor. After the first night we recieved an early email thanking us for our stay several hours before it was even check out time. I called to verify that we had one more night and he booked us for another night and we had to get all new keys to get in our room. That night we got back to the room we found that they have already been in there and they took all of our used towels but didn’t actually clean or make the bed and they never replenished our towels. It was obvious that they messed up our reservation and tried to clean our room way early but when I called to verify another night they didn’t bother bringing us any new towels. Won’t be my first option next time we need a hotel.

I first found this place because of the price. It looked cheap and it most definitely is to others in the area. I had very very low expectations because of that. But the property is nice and well kept, the interior is very clean and maintained, the staff are kind and helpful, the rooms are very clean and well kept. For how cheap it is they have made the room nice. I am quite astonished by it. If you have a problem the staff are right there to immediately fix it. The location is great too! There is a grocery store right acrossed the road and a gas station in front for easy fill ups. It is almost centered on a main road that has tons of stores and restaurants all within a 5 min drive. I have been blown away with this place and would highly recommend it to people. It is also a smoke free place and from the smell customers uphold it. Great price, nice facility, kind and dedicated staff what more could you want.

This is my second stay at this location. I come here a few times a year to fly fish with friends. It’s a comfortable location 20 mins from Norfork Dam and many other fishing access sites. Staff has always been friendly and accommodating. The rooms we’ve had have both been great! Very comfortable and clean rooms for a reasonable price.

My husband and I have been staying at the Super 8 motel in Mountain Home , Arkansas for at least 5 years. We come to this same place at least 7 or 8 times a year. We love Mountain Home for it's trout fishing and kayaking on the river. Super 8 motel is our home away from home this is the only motel we stay at. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is good. When my husband calls Dave he always says, "come on we have you a room" it's true he always does and we appreciate the service he and his family provide. We love and appreciate the Patel family at Super 8!

Dave was super friendly. It met all our needs. He was kind enough to take us downtown and pick us up. I would not hesitate to stay here.

Super 8 in Mt. Home is a super nicely run business with the manager on staff. Check-in was a breeze. The room was very clean, comfortable bed. The ac off and on sounded like a helicopter was landing but other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. The continental breakfast was decent if you're not sensitive to wheat and oats. Available for breakfast: banana, cereal, waffles, breakfast mini burritos, yogurts etc etc, overall is an excellent hotel, close to downtown area things to do and Cooper Rec area is close by.

Night #2 was just as good. AC wasn't nosy. Management was excellent and very fun and pleasant. I would stay here again!!!

Beds are super comfortable, and everything was VERY clean!
